This site is run by Lo Studio, an independent practice operating from Milan, Padua, and Zurich. We process personal data collected through this site in strict confidence, in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data we collect. We collect the data you send us through the contact form (name, email, optional company/context, message) and, if you subscribe to our notes, your email address.
Purpose. Contact-form data is used exclusively to respond to you. Newsletter email addresses are used exclusively to deliver our monthly notes. We do not share, sell, or profile this data. Ever.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. We run PostHog in cookieless mode (in-memory persistence) to collect anonymous visit statistics.
Your rights. You can at any time request access, deletion, rectification, or limitation of your data by writing to studio@lostudio.com.
Provaci. When you start a conversation on /provaci we collect: the email you provide, the full transcript, and the dossier built during the conversation, plus your IP for rate-limiting only. Retention: twelve months. For deletion requests, write to studio@lostudio.com.
