There are two of us, and we both read everything that comes in. Whatever you send reaches us directly — and when there is alignment, we answer within two working days.

What to put in the first message
Who you are.
The company, the sector, your role, and — if you can — why you ended up on this page. No formal introduction needed.
What the problem is.
Not the solution you are looking for — the problem you are trying to solve. Two or three sentences are usually enough.
The shape of the engagement.
Roughly, what kind of work you are imagining: a short diagnosis, a six-month build, a post-M&A integration, a spin-off.
A deadline, if there is one.
If your timeline matters — a closing date, a board meeting, a regulatory deadline — tell us.
